Let's keep it fun and fair!
We totally get that life can throw curveballs, and we love to accommodate reschedules or changes—just give us a heads-up in advance (pssst, a week is ideal if possible!). We’re all about making your experience as smooth as possible, but we also need to ensure we can keep the business running smoothly for everyone. After all, we want to keep helping you, but we also need to think about the sustainability of the clinic in these modern times.
Here’s the deal: if you need to cancel, we just ask for 48 hours’ notice to give us enough time to fill your spot with someone who’s also in need of some healing. To help you remember, we send out a friendly reminder text 48 hours before your appointment—so no worries, we’ve got your back!
But if it’s less than 24 hours’ notice, a 50% cancellation fee will apply—no exceptions. (We know, it’s not the most fun, but it helps keep everything afloat, especially when we’ve saved that time just for you!)
And hey, we also ask you to put yourself in the shoes of the person who’s waiting for a much-needed appointment. We want to give everyone the care they deserve, and these policies are what help us do that.
