Tarren is passionate about massage because supporting others on their journey to better health and well-being truly lights up her soul. She believes in the power of mindful movement and living with intention, values she brings into her practice every day. Tarren greets each client with kindness, intuition, and a grounded presence, creating a space filled with curiosity and free of judgment.

Drawing on her extensive training in various massage modalities, Tarren takes a highly individualized approach to every session. She tailors treatments to meet her clients' needs in the moment, often combining techniques such as Remedial/Deep Tissue Massage, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Cupping, Gua Sha, and Relaxation Therapy. Each session is designed to restore balance, release tension, and leave clients feeling supported and renewed.
